class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5316\u7684\u6d6a\u6f6e\u4e0b\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u6210\u70ba\u4f01\u696d\u64f4\u5c55\u5e02\u5834\u548c\u63d0\u5347\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u9014\u5f91\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8de8\u5883\u4ea4\u6613\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u5546\u6a5f\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u548c\u8ca1\u52d9\u6311\u6230\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u8a18\u5e33\u58eb\u4e8b\u52d9\u6240\u7684\u4e00\u54e1\uff0c\u7406\u89e3\u4e26\u61c9\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u6311\u6230\u662f\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u63a2\u8a0e\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u5728\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u4e2d\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u4e26\u6df1\u5165\u5256\u6790\u8de8\u5883\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6311\u6230\u53ca\u5176\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p><h4>\u4e00\u3001\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u4e2d\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u89d2\u8272<\/h4><ol><li><p><strong>\u5408\u898f\u6027\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u5728\u78ba\u4fdd\u4f01\u696d\u9075\u5b88\u4e0d\u540c\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\u548c\u7a05\u52d9\u6cd5\u898f\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u5c0d\u65bc\u8ca1\u52d9\u5831\u8868\u3001\u7a05\u52d9\u7533\u5831\u548c\u4ea4\u6613\u8a18\u9304\u90fd\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u9700\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u4e26\u7ba1\u7406\u9019\u4e9b\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u8de8\u5883\u6d3b\u52d5\u5408\u6cd5\u5408\u898f\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u6d89\u53ca\u8ca8\u5e63\u532f\u7387\u6ce2\u52d5\u3001\u8cbf\u6613\u653f\u7b56\u8b8a\u5316\u548c\u570b\u969b\u653f\u6cbb\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u9700\u8981\u5354\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u8b58\u5225\u3001\u8a55\u4f30\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u9019\u4e9b\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u7b56\u7565\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u6f5b\u5728\u640d\u5931\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>\u8ca1\u52d9\u5831\u544a\u8207\u5206\u6790<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u8ca0\u8cac\u6e96\u78ba\u8a18\u9304\u548c\u5831\u544a\u8de8\u5883\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u5206\u6790\u548c\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u6c7a\u7b56\u5c64\u7406\u89e3\u8ca1\u52d9\u72c0\u6cc1\u548c\u8cbf\u6613\u696d\u7e3e\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u7d93\u71df\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>\u6210\u672c\u63a7\u5236\u8207\u512a\u5316<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u901a\u904e\u5206\u6790\u6210\u672c\u7d50\u69cb\u548c\u8cbf\u6613\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u512a\u5316\u8cc7\u6e90\u914d\u7f6e\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4ea4\u6613\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u904b\u71df\u6548\u7387\u548c\u76c8\u5229\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><h4>\u4e8c\u3001\u8de8\u5883\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u6311\u6230<\/h4><ol><li><p><strong>\u591a\u91cd\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u4e0d\u540c\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\u548c\u5831\u544a\u8981\u6c42\u5404\u7570\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u8de8\u570b\u4f01\u696d\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u591a\u91cd\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\u4e0b\u9032\u884c\u5408\u4f75\u5831\u8868\u662f\u4e00\u5927\u6311\u6230\u3002\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u9700\u8981\u719f\u6089\u570b\u969b\u8ca1\u52d9\u5831\u544a\u6e96\u5247\uff08IFRS\uff09\u548c\u5404\u570b\u672c\u5730\u6703\u8a08\u6e96\u5247\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u8ca1\u52d9\u5831\u8868\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u6bd4\u6027\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>\u8ca8\u5e63\u532f\u7387\u6ce2\u52d5<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u4e2d\u7684\u8ca8\u5e63\u532f\u7387\u6ce2\u52d5\u6703\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u72c0\u6cc1\u7522\u751f\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u9700\u8981\u9032\u884c\u532f\u7387\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5957\u671f\u4fdd\u503c\u7b56\u7565\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u7a69\u5b9a\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u9810\u671f\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>\u7a05\u52d9\u5408\u898f\u8207\u7c4c\u5283<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u5404\u570b\u7684\u7a05\u6536\u5236\u5ea6\u548c\u7a05\u7387\u5dee\u7570\u986f\u8457\uff0c\u8de8\u5883\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u7a05\u52d9\u8655\u7406\u8b8a\u5f97\u8907\u96dc\u3002\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u9700\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u5404\u570b\u7684\u7a05\u52d9\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u7a05\u52d9\u5408\u898f\u5be9\u67e5\u548c\u7c4c\u5283\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u7a05\u52d9\u98a8\u96aa\u548c\u7a05\u52d9\u8ca0\u64d4\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>\u95dc\u7a05\u8207\u8cbf\u6613\u58c1\u58d8<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u4e2d\uff0c\u95dc\u7a05\u548c\u975e\u95dc\u7a05\u8cbf\u6613\u58c1\u58d8\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u6210\u672c\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u51c6\u5165\u5f71\u97ff\u6df1\u9060\u3002\u6703\u8a08\u5e2b\u9700\u5354\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u5206\u6790\u548c\u61c9\u5c0d\u95dc\u7a05\u653f\u7b56\uf
