投資代理人授權書( 需認證 )、投資代理人之身分證明文件( 需為本國人 )。
境外匯入資本額證明文件：銀行存摺、匯入匯款通知書、買匯水單。
台灣公司設立地址之租約、房屋稅單影本。 - 辦理時間：
一般案件約計 24 個工作天數
經濟部投資審議委員會(兩階段)約計 14 工作天數；
公司登記工作天數約計 10 工作天數。
- 外國公司來台成立分公司
- 應備文件：
法人資格證明文件、公司章程、董事會議事錄、指定訴訟非訴訟代理人授權書、
分公司經理人授權書( 需經我駐外使領館或單位認證一份，並檢附全部文件之中文繁體翻譯本 )。
訴訟非訴訟代理人、經理人之身份證明文件。
台灣分公司登記地址當年度房屋稅單影本、租賃合約。
境外匯入資本額證明文件：銀行存摺、匯入匯款通知書、買匯水單。 - 辦理時間：
一般案件約計 24 個工作天數
經濟部中部辦公室認許約計 14 工作天數；
台灣分公司登記 10 工作天數。

- Required documents
Proof of identity/Natural person: passport; Enterprise: authenticated proof of legal personality.
Authenticated power of attorney for investor representative and proof of identity of investor representative (must be a citizen of R.O.C.).
Proof of foreign inward remittance of capital: bank account passbook,inward remittance advice, and exchange memo.
Lease for the established enterprise in Taiwan, a copy of house tax statement. - Process Time:
a normal case will need approximately 24 work days :
Approximately 14 work days for Investment Commission, MOEA (two phases)
Approximately 10 work days for enterprise registration.
- Setting up a branch office in Taiwan
- Required documents :
Authenticated proof of legal personality, articles of incorporation, certificate of Board resolutions, power of attorney for designated representative of litigious and non-litigious matters, power of attorney for branch office manager (must be authenticated by the ROC Embassy, Consulate or Representative Office stationed in the relevant country, and Traditional Chinese translation of all documents should be enclosed).
Proof of identity for the representative of litigious and non-litigious matters and the branch manager.
Lease for the established branch office in Taiwan, a copy of house tax statement of current year.
Proof of foreign inward remittance of capital: bank account passbook, inward remittance advice, and exchange memo. - Process Time:
a normal case will need approximately 24 work days:
Approximately 14 work days for recognition from Central Region Office, MOEA.
Approximately 10 work days for branch office registration.
